At Muhammadan, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, honesty, and
adherence to Islamic values. Our code of conduct is rooted in the teachings of the Qur’an and
Sunnah, guiding our interactions with employees, customers, partners, and the broader

  1. Integrity & Honesty (Al-Sidq & Al-Amanah)
    ● We uphold truthfulness (sidq) in all our dealings, ensuring transparency and honesty in
our business practices.
    ● We fulfill all agreements, contracts, and promises (amanah), as Allah commands:
“Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due…” (Qur’an 4:58).
    ● Deception, fraud, and dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
  2. Fairness & Justice (Al-‘Adl)
    ● We treat all with fairness and justice (‘adl).
    ● No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, or background is tolerated.
    ● We commit to fair pricing and ethical business practices, ensuring no exploitation of
customers.
  3. Respect & Compassion (Ihsan & Rahma)
    ● We uphold kindness and excellence (ihsan) in all our dealings, treating others with
compassion and dignity (rahma).
    ● All must be treated with respect, regardless of their background or beliefs.
    ● Offensive language, disrespect, or unjust behavior will not be tolerated.
  4. Ethical Business Practices & Halal Compliance
    ● All of our activities comply with Islamic ethics and Shariah.
    ● Our company will engage only in halal (permissible) business practices and refrain from:
    ● Riba (usury/interest)
    ● Fraud, deception, and corruption
    ● Selling or promoting haram products or services
    ● We ensure that all financial dealings are Islamically lawful, promoting ethical
transactions and avoiding unlawful gains.
  5. Conflict Resolution & Patience (Sabr & Hikmah)
    ● Disagreements should be handled with wisdom (hikmah) and patience (sabr), in
accordance with Islamic teachings.
    ● Slander, backbiting (ghibah), and spreading false accusations (buhtan) are strictly
prohibited.
  6. Social Responsibility & Community Service
    ● We are committed to giving back to the community by fair employment, and ethical
sourcing.
    ● We strive to create an environment where customers are encouraged to engage in acts of
goodness and social responsibility.
  7. Compliance & Accountability
    ● All must adhere to this Code of Conduct and the broader Islamic ethical framework.
    ● Violations of this code will be addressed through Islamic principles of justice and
corrective measures will be taken.
